- In the case of exchange, for an exchange to be valid, the client is expected to send back the item in

- 5 days outside Lagos
- 10 days outside Nigeria
- Items worn, washed, stained or taken pictures with are not eligible for return
- Tags, label, packaging bags must not be damaged for item to be eligible for exchange.
- Items bought on sales cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for return charges.
REFUND
- Refund can only be made IF the item got sold out, after receiving your payment and before processing your order, in this case REFUND takes 5 business days to be processed.
- Refund are issued after deducting the cost of the shipping fee via bank transfer.
- In case of defect, exchange can be made, NO REFUND
