Deliveries take 3–5 business days within Lagos, 7–10 business days outside Lagos, and 10–16 business days for international orders (outside Nigeria).

Lagos Deliveries

Deliveries within Lagos are handled by private logistics companies to ensure faster and more efficient service.

Outside Lagos Deliveries

All deliveries outside Lagos are carried out strictly through GIG and DHL.

International Deliveries

International orders are shipped via DHL.

Delivery Options

Customers can choose between picking up their order at the nearest logistics office or opting for doorstep delivery. Please note that pricing may differ based on your selected option. Kindly specify your preferred GIG/DHL office where necessary.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and delivery method. Charges may be higher for express delivery services.

Customer Experience

If you encounter any issues such as unprofessional or rude delivery personnel, please report your complaint via email so we can address it promptly.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent once we receive your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
